Refund & Cancellation Policy — Comstay

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Comstay (“Comstay”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time by emailing contact@comstay.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current calendar month.
This means:

  • Your service remains active until the last day of the month.
  • Fees remain payable through the end of that month.

What Happens After Cancellation

After the effective cancellation date:

  • We may remove our access (e.g., Airbnb co-host access) if applicable.
  • We stop ongoing optimizations and monitoring.
  • Any unpaid invoices remain due under the agreed payment terms.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Services Already Delivered

Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable for services already performed or delivered.

This includes (non-exhaustive examples):

  • Listing audits and strategy work
  • Copywriting and Airbnb SEO rewrites
  • Pricing strategy setup or recommendations
  • Templates, playbooks, and guest experience systems
  • Monitoring and optimization work performed during the month

Monthly Fees

If you are billed monthly, you remain responsible for the fees for the current month up to the effective cancellation date (end of month).

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us at contact@comstay.com within 7 days of the invoice date and provide:

  • Invoice number
  • The reason for the dispute
  • Any supporting information

We will review the claim in good faith and respond as quickly as reasonably possible.

4. Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Invoices are due within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received on time, we may suspend services until the balance is settled.

Suspension does not remove the obligation to pay outstanding invoices.
